Tama Budapest Restaurant




Dear Lovelies, 

Today I will show You a very Sweet Restaurant:Tama Budapest.
I had here,a very special Dinner with my Best Friend Vivianna,before I Came Back to Portugal.
I was Happy and bit Sad at the same time, because I had Such a Good time in Budapest with my Family and Friends, I met with Great People,visited Amazing Restaurants,Hotels but my Second Home and my Hubby was waiting for me. As you know my Reviews are always a bit more Personal, When I visit a Restaurant, I love to talk with The Chef or The Director of the Place, for me this is very important. I always love to have conversation with them and to get a whole picture about The places. 
For me each Restaurant or Hotel is a New Story and I want to show and share with you as more as I can:)
First, what I would Like to Highlight about Tama Budapest, is that The Waitress Attila Horváth was an Excellent Wine Advisor and very Kind. I do love Wines, and we Tasted Delicious ones, thanks to him, Each one so perfect with the Dish what we asked for. 
I think we had 5-6 different and this was my best Wine Tasting Experience Ever
The Food Was Excellent, the Presentation the Flavours, Everything:)
For Starters I asked a Duck Bouillon Served with Duck Ravioli:)  Really Loved it, winter Time I adore warm Soups:)  And of course i couldn't Resist when I saw on the menu the Duck liver terrine with Camomile and Apple. It was very interesting and Delicious with the Camomile :) 






My Friend had a Creamy Ginger Pumpkin soup, it was very Tasty as well. The Ginger and the Pumpkin makes a Very Good Combination:) 
For Main i had Filet of Branzino with Avocado and king Prawns. Beautiful Dish, I really Enjoyed that it was Creamy and  was very Fresh Flavours.







Vivi had the Crispy Duck Leg with Duck liver and Lavender Red Cabbage. It was soooooo Good too:) 
Next Time I will ask this Dish for sure, the Lavender Red Cabbage was so Perfect match with the Duck.




Before we chose the Dessert the Chef Surprised us with a special Dessert, was so creamy and Good:)





I was so Excited about the Dessert and I saw That they have my Fav Hungarian Dessert and we both asked for it.  It was Hungarian Quark Dumplings with clotted cream foam. You have to Try this Traditional Hungarian Dessert, I am sure you will Loveeee it:)





At the End Attila, the Waitress brought us some very Special Wine and The Chef ,Gergely Kiss joined us and we had a really Nice talk. He is very passionate about cooking and i can say He is an excellent Chef. We talked a lot about the Dishes and His Concepts. We really enjoyed:)
The Restaurant Has an Art Gallery as well with Beautiful Paintings. 
We had Amazing Experience at Tama Budapest, I will come back for sure and Special Thanks to Attila Horváth for the Excellent Wine Suggestions and for The Chef our Special and Delicious Dinner.
